1) Custom services – no refunds after work starts

Cham provides custom, made-to-order services. Once work has started (including onboarding, research, strategy, planning, design, production, development, setup, or any reserved capacity), all fees paid are non-refundable, unless a written agreement states otherwise.

2) Deposits

If a deposit is required, it is non-refundable because it reserves capacity and initiates project preparation, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

3) Before work starts

If you cancel before work starts, we may refund amounts paid minus any non-refundable deposit and any administrative/processing costs, where applicable.

4) Chargebacks and disputes

If you believe there is an issue, you agree to contact us first at info@chamagency.com and attempt good-faith resolution before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services and will be treated as a breach of agreement.
